About the Client

Sabre Indonesia

Website Revamp

Objective

Strengthen brand awareness

Strengthen brand awareness of Sabre Indonesia as the market leader in travel technology, and create a centralized digital platform to educate the market about its ecosystem of solutions, while maintaining alignment with the global brand identity in 2024.

Challenges

The old website did not reflect the scale of the business

As the largest travel system provider in Indonesia, with a 67% share of the GDS market, Sabre Indonesia needed a digital presence that reflected the scale of its business.

The challenge was to design Sabretn.co.id so that it could translate complex B2B solutions into information that the local market could easily understand.

Brand Identity Gap

The website design does not yet fully align with Sabre’s global branding guidelines, such as the color scheme, typography, and visual assets used.

Incomplete Information

The content falls short of global website standards. The information structure is not yet consistent, so important details such as the scope of services and awards have not been documented.

Unstructured Support Kit

Customer support resources such as training modules, guides, and downloadable files lack a clear categorization system, making it difficult for clients to find help.

No Career Portal Yet

The website does not yet include recruitment features. The company faces difficulties in posting job openings and centrally managing applications from new talent through a digital platform.

Solution

A corporate website that aligns with global standards and is well-structured

Grapiku conducted a comprehensive revamp of Sabre Indonesia’s website with two main focuses: aligning the visual interface to precisely match Sabre’s global branding guidelines at that time (2022), and restructuring the information architecture to comprehensively showcase the B2B services and solutions ecosystem.

In addition to delivering a user experience that reflects the scale of an enterprise-level business, we also integrated a centralized directory system for the Customer Support Kit and the recruitment portal.

This new architecture was designed so that the website not only displays company information but truly functions as a hub for technical and operational support, making it easier for clients and potential talent.

Visual Standards and Corporate Architecture

The Sabre Travel Network Indonesia website was designed to align with the look and feel of the global parent website, Sabre.com, but with adjustments tailored to the Indonesian market.

  • Consistent Visual Design

The color palette, iconography, and visual style are designed to be consistent with the global brand, ensuring that visitors in Indonesia immediately recognize Sabre Travel Network Indonesia as part of the global network.

  • Relevant Local Adaptations

While adhering to the parent company’s branding, the website design is also tailored to be more relevant to the local Indonesian audience, including the use of easy-to-understand language and highlighting Sabre Travel Network’s achievements in the domestic market.

Showcasing Comprehensive Travel Solutions

Clear and comprehensive product pages explain the various solutions offered, such as ticket booking systems, flight inventory management, and technology for travel agents.

This content is designed to highlight Sabre’s strengths as a comprehensive and integrated solution.

Enhancing Brand Value Through Easily Accessible Customer Service

A variety of customer service features are designed to strengthen Sabre Travel Network Indonesia’s relationship with customers by providing comprehensive information and easily accessible support.

  • Helpdesk and Technical Support

The help desk and technical support information page makes it easy for customers to get help at any time, thereby increasing customer trust and loyalty.

  • User Training and Education Resources

An information page about training services, covering training types and registration, as well as training modules designed to enhance the user experience.

  • Easy Access to the Customer Support Kit

The website offers a variety of Customer Support Kit applications that can be downloaded directly, including user guides, application updates, and other support materials.

News and Company Insights

As a market leader in travel technology, Sabre needed a powerful communication platform. We developed a flexible content architecture for the Insight Hub, enabling Sabre’s internal teams to independently publish news, industry trends, and company updates to strengthen their brand awareness in local markets.

Career Portal Integration

To address recruitment challenges, Grapiku developed a dedicated career page (job board) on the website. This system is designed to allow Sabre Indonesia to publish the latest job openings in real time.
