EON Chemicals, or EON, is a brand of PT Eonchemicals Putra that provides a wide range of specialty chemicals to support process needs across various industries.
EON not only offers products but also combines solutions, technical services, and a commitment to customer service to help customers address industrial challenges and improve process efficiency.

Chemicals used in industrial processes are not merely products, but part of the solution to address challenges and improve efficiency. Therefore, EON does not want to be known merely as a manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals, but as a partner capable of providing solutions and technical services tailored to customer needs.
The website needs to communicate this positioning more clearly. Visitors should be able to understand EON’s capabilities, find solutions relevant to their needs, and then connect with the EON team through targeted conversion pathways.
EON offers a wide range of products, solutions, and engineering services tailored to various industry needs. However, without the right information architecture and user experience, these capabilities are difficult for potential customers to find and understand.4
The website also needs a more robust technical foundation while providing interaction pathways that can turn information searches into business opportunities.
Company and product information has not yet highlighted EON’s role as an industry solutions provider. As a result, EON is perceived solely as a manufacturer or distributor.
With so many products and solutions available, a structured system for searching, navigating, and linking content is essential to ensure a seamless user experience and a smooth user journey that leads to conversion.
The website’s speed, accessibility, security, and technical health need to be improved compared to the previous version, and the migration process must be error-free.
The EON team needs a variety of insights and feature innovations to increase the potential for lead generation.
Grapiku redesigned the website by placing EON Solutions at the core of the user journey. Products, technical services, and insights are organized based on industry needs so users can more easily understand EON’s capabilities and find relevant solutions.
Search, navigation, and content connectivity have been streamlined, supported by a UI that aligns with EON’s brand identity and a technical foundation that is faster, more secure, more accessible, and search engine-friendly. Conversion paths are placed contextually to guide user needs into leads.
Aligning business goals, the EON Solution’s positioning, the target audience, and lead generation needs. The results serve as a reference for communication, UX, and KPI revisions.
The audit of the old website covers page structure, content quality, user journey, functionality, performance, accessibility, security, SEO, and various technical errors.
Competitor research to compare positioning, information structure, features, and search visibility. The analysis continues with mapping out the content that needs to be created, updated, or linked to strengthen the EON Solution.
Designing an information architecture that connects companies, industries, solutions, products, services, and insights. User flows are designed to guide users from information discovery through to inquiries.
Organize content into a wireframe with a focus on search, navigation, page interconnectivity, and conversion paths.
Development of a visual system that aligns with EON’s identity and reinforces the company’s image as a provider of chemical solutions for various industries.
Dynamic website development includes design implementation, search functionality, content synchronization, lead generation features, as well as performance and security optimization.
Restructuring and implementing content based on the new architecture, including integrating solutions, products, services, and related insights. This phase runs parallel to development.
Functional, content, form, search, performance, accessibility, security, and SEO testing conducted in collaboration with the EON team. The website was then launched at eonchemicals.com, along with documentation and training on website management.
The design and content are crafted to introduce EON as a specialty chemicals company that combines products, solutions, and technical services.
This credibility is reinforced through the company’s experience, network of branch offices, professional staff, certifications, industry coverage, success stories, and customer testimonials.

The EON website does not immediately direct visitors to choose a product. Grapiku designed a user journey that begins with an industry challenge, followed by EON’s solutions, and then relevant products and technical services.
This structure helps prospective customers understand the right chemicals before making a decision. Each search also opens up opportunities for more context-specific consultations, bringing EON closer to its customers while driving leads.

Grapiku has developed a search feature that combines Problems & Solutions, Articles, Videos, Products, and Brochures on a single page.
Users can search by keyword and filter content types to find relevant information more quickly, even if they don’t yet know which page or product to look for.

Each product page not only presents key information but also links to articles, Problems & Solutions, videos, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and brochures or Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
These linked resources help users understand the product’s applications, benefits, safety, and specifications within a single, cohesive information flow.

Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are an important resource for prospective customers who are evaluating products. Grapiku transforms the TDS download process into a lead generation channel by requiring users to fill out their information and use a company-domain email address.
Once the email is validated, the system sends an automated reply containing a PDF download link. Users receive the document without waiting for a manual response, while EON receives potential customer data, including the products they’re interested in for follow-up by the relevant team.

WhatsApp CTAs aren’t designed as a single generic button. Grapiku has designed several interface models based on user context, ranging from a fixed “Product Consultation” navbar on product pages, consultation buttons on articles, to a floating WhatsApp button accessible from every page.
Each CTA generates a message draft that automatically adapts to the content the user is viewing and their location. On a product page, for example, the message will read, “Hello EON, I’d like to ask about the EON123 product.” Meanwhile, on an article page, the message will include the title of the article the user wants to discuss.
Users don’t need to explain their needs from scratch. The EON team immediately receives context regarding the prospective customer’s interests and location, allowing questions to be addressed and followed up on more quickly.

Grapiku carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the website’s technical structure, links, performance, accessibility, security, and SEO. These optimizations ensure that EON’s extensive content remains consistently accessible, crawlable, and indexable. As a result, Site Health improved from 85% to 100%.
The number of leads generated through the website increased fivefold after optimizing the user journey.
The website health score increased from 80% to 100% after technical SEO issues were resolved.
Hundreds of products, solutions, and SDSs were migrated to the new structure without any broken links or broken images.
