Fermenfeed is a brand of fermented concentrate feed produced by CV Fermen Hipro Feed for cattle, goats, and sheep. Its products are formulated in collaboration with nutritionists to support breeding, rearing, fattening, and milk production in livestock.
Founded in 2014, Fermen Hipro Feed originated from a cattle farming business that struggled to obtain high-quality feed. The company subsequently established a feed mill and expanded into an agribusiness that encompasses the production of ruminant concentrates, cattle and sheep farming, and other agricultural commodities.

Fermenfeed already has a solid offline marketing presence. However, its reliance on face-to-face interactions limits access to information for farmers and partners spread across various regions.
Fermenfeed needs a website that makes it easy for its audience to learn about the company, understand its product offerings, access livestock farming education, and connect with the marketing team or authorized agents.
Primary Objective
To build a digital company profile to expand our marketing reach, educate farmers, and drive purchases through Fermenfeed or authorized agents.
Fermenfeed offers a diverse product line and has a solid offline marketing strategy. The challenge is to bring these strengths into the digital realm so that product information and purchasing options can reach farmers in various regions.
Information on companies, products, and livestock farming, particularly fermented feed, does not yet have a digital information hub that is easy to find and access.
Each feed variant serves a different purpose for breeding, fattening, and lactation, so clear and easy-to-understand information is needed.
Interest from prospective agents in various regions needs to be gathered through an easy registration process that can be followed up by the Fermenfeed team.
All forms of education and support services must be quickly and responsively accessible via mobile devices whenever needed.
Grapiku developed fermenfeed.com as a digital company profile that integrates the company profile, product catalog, livestock education resources, agent directory, and consultation channels.
The information is organized to make it easy for farmers to understand feed options, contact the marketing team, or find authorized agents. The agent registration process and SEO optimization further support the expansion of Fermenfeed’s reach and the growth of its distribution network.
Aligning business goals, user targets, positioning, and the key requirements for the Fermenfeed website. This phase also includes identifying communication challenges, feature priorities, and project KPIs.
Analysis of direct and indirect competitors to map out visual benchmarks, information architecture, features, positioning, and opportunities for Fermenfeed to differentiate itself.
Designing the information architecture based on the user journey for farmers (B2C) as well as distributors and agents (B2B).
Organize the content into a wireframe. Focus on navigation, the information hierarchy of product pages and articles, and the agency landing page.
Implement the visual system in accordance with the brand guidelines to ensure consistent UI component design across all pages.
Development of a dynamic website using a custom WordPress setup. This includes product catalog development, content development, integration, and efficient code optimization.
Comprehensive testing across devices and browsers. Migration to the fermenfeed.com domain, integration of analytics, security, and basic SEO. Plus, a training session for the Fermen team on self-managed content management.

The website features a modern visual design with layered compositions, a varied color palette, and content layout that aligns with Fermenfeed’s brand identity. We’ve also kept the information hierarchy and navigation simple to ensure ease of use for farmers of all generations.

Each feed variant is presented based on the target livestock, benefits, and usage requirements. The differences between products for breeding, finishing, and lactation can be understood before farmers make a decision.
This information helps farmers find the right feed, even without an in-depth understanding of feed formulations.

Users can choose to purchase through the Fermenfeed marketing team or find the nearest authorized agent. If they select the “Buy Now” button, they will be redirected to Fermenfeed’s WhatsApp customer service, where they will be informed of the terms and conditions of purchase or directed to the nearest distributor to have the feed delivered.
Selecting the “View Agents” button gives users the flexibility to purchase from the nearest agent based on their GPS location.
Both CTAs are placed on the product page to streamline the process from information search to consultation and purchase.

The website features a network of authorized agents so that farmers can find purchasing options in their area. In addition, an agent registration process has been developed to recruit new potential partners to support the expansion of Fermenfeed’s distribution.

In developing the Fermenfeed website, Grapiku didn’t just create an article listing feature. We also produced introductory articles on feed and livestock management, compiled as a resource of insights that farmers can learn from. Through this content creation, Grapiku is also actively working to increase visibility through SEO.
We optimize our product pages and articles based on relevant search terms to increase the chances of Fermenfeed being found through Google.

Grapiku designed fermenfeed.com using a mobile-first approach so that product information, the company profile, articles, and contact details are easily accessible via smartphone.
The interface and user flow are optimized for various screen sizes, ensuring that farmers can still access information quickly even while on the go and engaged in fieldwork.
Fermenfeed appears in search results related to animal feed products, livestock management, retailer locations, and agency opportunities.
Products and articles rank on the first page of Google for various searches related to livestock farming.
Introductory educational content broadens search reach while serving as a source of insights for farmers.
