Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions govern all use of the grapiku.com site or Grapiku agency both all content, services and products available. Any Grapiku terms and conditions may change from time to time according to existing management conditions.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the site, even before placing an order. By accessing or using any part of the Grapiku website and services as a whole, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Definition & Interpretation
Clients
- References to “you”, “your”, ‘client’, “customer” and similar words in these Terms refer to the individual or entity who registers for any Service and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Where the person or entity has accepted the Proposal in writing; or
- Where the person or entity to whom the Proposal is addressed has accepted the Proporsal indirectly; or
- Where the products and/or services are ordered for use
Grapiku
Grapiku is the name of a company, brand, branding agency, website developer and other digital marketing service provider from Klaten and will be known in these Terms as “we”, “our”, ‘team’, or “Grapiku”.
Proposal
Any documents and or documents provided by Grapiku in connection with the proposed / proposed work.
Acceptance
- By using this service, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions; You agree to indemnify and hold Grapiku harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages and costs arising from or related to your content or use of any services provided by Grapiku. If you are not satisfied with these Terms and Conditions then you must stop using our services.
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Grapiku, its employees or associates or through their respective websites shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- The parties each individually represent and warrant that each has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform all their obligations herein without violating the legal rights or equality of any third party.
- If any 1 (one) or more provisions, covenants, or restrictions in these Terms and Conditions are declared invalid, or unenforceable and/or declared invalid by an Authorized Officer, then such provisions are completely severed. However, the other provisions in these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
Scope of Service Agreement
- The client fully submits to us in determining the design, system, method in the entire manufacture of our products / services tailored to the Client’s brand and fully submits in determining third party partners in certain services such as website design that requires a domain registrar and hosting provider.
- In each agreement with the client may vary according to the needs of the service / contract / project required by the client. These agreements are further regulated in the project contract agreement document issued and signed together before the project begins.
Rights & Obligations
Grapiku Rights & Obligations
- Grapiku is obliged to complete the project properly and in accordance with the agreement.
- Grapiku is obliged to provide reports on the process while in progress periodically.
- Grapiku has the right to determine the system, theme, framework, module, plugin, script that is deemed appropriate in the context of ease and flexibility of custom design without client consideration unless there is a special request beforehand.
- Grapiku has the right to submit suggestions and input to clients related to design / design / development / upgrades and so on.
- After the project is completed, Grapiku has the right to include the client’s project results in Grapiku’s work portfolio as part of Grapiku’s marketing in the future unless there is a special request / rejection / agreement contained in the project agreement document or verbal agreement.
Client Rights & Obligations
- The client is required to provide a detailed brief or information before work begins
- The client is required to provide content or other materials before the delivery deadline.
- In website development services, the client has the right to fully own the domain and hosting/server including control panel access to the hosting/server.
Pricing
- Prices for work or proposed work contained in any proposal or work instruction shall be considered estimates unless otherwise stated as a quotation.
- The prices listed in the offer are valid for 30 days; However, Grapiku may change the offer before acceptance in the event of an increase in the cost of relevant products or services provided by third parties.
- If we submit an offer, the price is based on the service requirements, the level of complexity of the work, the duration of the work, the risk of the work, and certain agreements that are further stipulated in the project agreement document.
- Where work instructions have been given verbally, Grapiku will use its best efforts to produce work products in accordance with those instructions. However, Grapiku will not be responsible for any changes required by the client for the work product and such changes will be considered as variations and subject to additional fees / change fees.
- We guarantee that there is a price there is the best quality of service that will be obtained.
Peyment
- Payment must match the order amount stated on the invoice. After making a payment, the Client is entitled to get a paid-off note from billing@grapiku.com or halo@grapiku.com sent via email or the Client’s whatsapp contact as proof that the Client has completed the payment.
- For payment of website development services, branding design, illustration design and social media management, we require you to make a down payment or pay a down payment of 50%, adjusted at our discretion based on the value of the project and mutual agreement contained in the project agreement document.
- For payment of Google Ads and Facebook Ads services, we require you to make full payment according to the nominal top up ad you want to run plus a 12% fee on the total advertising budget you want to run. In other words, you must pay 100% before the project / service is run.
- For certain services that can be completed in a short time, the project value is below Rp. 500,000, – then we require full payment / 100% before the project / service is run.
Revision & Warranty
- In all Grapiku services, we provide revisions where the number of revisions and revision limits are set according to the agreement in the project agreement document or verbal agreement.
- Revisions that exceed the agreed / determined number of limits will be subject to additional revision fees.
- If the revision is still not as expected – in this case exceeding the reasonable limits of revision or the project is canceled, the client can request a refund. The refund provision is 20% of the value of the advance payment that has been paid as the cost of lost time and the cost of investing in the performance of our team.
- Work results from canceled projects become the property of Grapiku – copyright claims apply if the preview of the work we do is duplicated or used in the future without a written agreement between the client and Grapiku.
- In all Grapiku services, we also provide guarantees, but the warranty for each service is different and is adjusted to the agreement in the project agreement document or verbal agreement.
- In our service guarantees, there are things that void the warranty / make the warranty invalid such as:
Website Development Services
- Migrating to another server or hosting outside Grapiku and partners.
- Moving the domain provider from Grapiku or partner to another provider.
- Editing the appearance of the website itself and causing the website to be damaged or chaotic in appearance.
- Installing or uploading files (themes, plugins, scripts or other files that can make the website become vuln or become open so that viruses or malware can damage the website.
- Spamming the content on the website, causing the website to be banned by Google and enter the Google sandbox.
SEO Services
- Editing / changing keywords or optimization scripts that have been embedded on the website itself and causing SEO results to be less than optimal.
- Spamming the content on the website, causing the website to be banned by Google and enter the Google sandbox.
- Planting backlinks in spam websites.
Google Ads & Facebook Ads Services
- Website is rejected because there is malware or other malicious scripts
- Doing click bots or clicks themselves to manipulate advertising conversion results
Intellectual Property Rights
- The client warrants that no text or image provided by the client to Grapiku for the purpose of the work violates any law (written or unwritten) or infringes the intellectual property rights or rights of any third party or results in Grapiku otherwise becoming liable to any third party.
- Without limiting any such warranty, Grapiku may in its absolute discretion refuse to organize, print or transmit any matter which in its opinion may subject Grapiku or any of its employees or agents to any action, claim, demand or proceeding.
- If the client has informed Grapiku of the intended use of the work product, the client guarantees the accuracy of such information.
- Grapiku will not, in the creation or production of work product for the client, willfully violate the intellectual property rights of others. However, Grapiku does not warrant that anything it uses in the creation or production of work product for the client, or contained in work product created or produced for the client, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- If more than one concept, design or other option has been presented to the client, options other than those selected by the client as the final work product will remain the property of Grapiku unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may apply for the granting of further usage rights in respect of such concepts and designs.
- If the Work involves photographs created by Grapiku on behalf of the client, then the client shall have full usage rights to such photographs upon receipt of payment in full for the work product in which the photographs are used. If the Work involves photographs commissioned from a third party, then usage rights for such photographs shall be governed by the terms under which such photographs were supplied by the third party.
Things to Know
- All materials (logos, images, text or other materials) provided by the client must be of the quality and to the specifications required by Grapiku. Additional fees apply for any additional work that must be done to achieve such quality or specifications.
- Grapiku and the client must agree on a deadline for delivery of materials to be provided by the client. The client will be responsible for all costs incurred by Grapiku in the loss of production time because such deadlines are not met by the client or because the materials provided are not of the quality or specifications required by Grapiku.

Force Majeure
Force majeure is a situation that exists beyond the ability. For example, natural disasters, floods, storms, which are declared by the Government as natural disasters, riots, fires, sabotage, wars, epidemics and compliance with the implementation of legislation. Excluding force majeure, things caused by negligence, forgetfulness, carelessness and / or non-compliance with the implementation of regulations.
If Grapiku and partner experience force majeure, Grapiku and partner will notify through client contact immediately after experiencing force majeure no later than 2 x 24 hours from the time the force majeure occurs by providing an explanation and estimate of the resumption of the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement.
Changes to Terms
Grapiku may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by posting a new version of this document on our website.
Applicable Laws
These terms of service and their implementation are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute or difference of opinion as a result of the implementation of the provisions of this service, both the Client and Grapiku agree and agree to resolve it by deliberation to reach consensus.
