SURABAYA – From 2020 to 2023, Grapiku played a crucial role as an official strategic partner in the AIP-PRISMA (The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Income through Support for Markets in Agriculture) program. This multi-year initiative, under the umbrella of the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Rural Economic Development (AIP-Rural), aimed to boost the income of rural farmers and livestock breeders by providing comprehensive market access support.

Over the three-year partnership, Grapiku was entrusted with executing a 360-degree digital marketing strategy. This strategy aimed to boost the business performance of feedmill and animal health industry players across Indonesia. The support provided encompassed digital ecosystem development, market research, human resource capacity building, and crisis communication management during the pandemic.

Digital Ecosystem Development and Creative Assets

Within the digital ecosystem development pillar, which included website development, website revamps, and routine website management, Grapiku successfully assisted the digitalization efforts of several prominent companies. Clients involved in this pillar included PT Sinta Prima Feedmill, PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, PT Cipta Ternak Indonesia (CTS), KJUB Puspetasari (Nutrifeed), Bima Feed, and Fermenfeed.

Grapiku also designed various crucial assets, such as Company Profiles and Digital Sales Kits, to strengthen the brand position of these clients in both the B2B and end-consumer markets.

Field Research for Precise Market Targeting

Beyond being just a digital agency, Grapiku adopted a data-driven approach by conducting direct field research in various animal markets. This research aimed to accurately analyze market fit. Specifically, during this research program, Grapiku supported KJUB Puspetasari (Nutrifeed) and Fermenfeed. The goal was to ensure their products and promotional messages were relevant to the needs of grassroots livestock breeders.

Marketing Team Capacity Building (Training)

To ensure the sustainability of digital strategies within companies, Grapiku also served as a professional trainer. Through structured training programs, Grapiku successfully enhanced the digital adaptation capabilities and skills of marketing teams from PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, KJUB Puspetasari, and Fermenfeed.

Webinar Innovation Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic

When the pandemic restricted physical interactions, Grapiku initiated an adaptive solution through its webinar management services. This program successfully bridged companies with livestock breeders and the community via interactive Q&A channels. It involved practitioners and academics from leading universities, such as Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Universitas Brawijaya.

This webinar management program was successfully implemented for a range of large companies, including PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, KJUB Puspetasari, Fermenfeed, Bima Feed, and Medion.

The solid partnership and measurable results received direct appreciation from the program organizers.
